Meet the Psychologist

Sabrina Ragan

Sabrina Ragan is the director and a therapist for Keystone Child and Family Therapy. She is a registered psychologist and certified play therapist who holds a master’s of science degree in marital and family therapy. Sabrina has a variety of experience in working with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children. She has provided counselling in areas such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, stress management, adjustment to life changes, abuse, and trauma. Sabrina has provided several workshops for parents, teachers, and students which focus on child anxiety and how to help children develop coping skills. Sabrina has also provided training for masters students on child development and play therapy techniques. She combines attachment theory with solution-focused techniques to provide positive goal-oriented change that focuses on developing healthier relationships.
