Fees & Payments

Fees may be paid by credit card or paypal and are due at the end of each session. You will be sent an email invoice with a link to make a secure payment online. A receipt will be issued after each online payment. 
 Additional billing will occur in 10 minutes increments for services done outside of the therapy hour, and may include such things as phone calls, emails, letters, document review, etc.

Insurance Coverage
The majority of insurance companies and extended health care plans will cover a portion (and in some cases all) of the services provided by a Registered Psychologist. With the exception of some Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), clients will pay after each session and then submit the receipt to their insurance company. For direct billing to EAPs it is requested that Keystone Child and Family Therapy is informed in advance of services so third party billing can be set up.

Missed or Late Appointments  
Clients must provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, except in the case of illness or an emergency. Individuals who arrive late for their appointments will forfeit that time from their scheduled hour.
